Cure Canavan is Flyback’s new documentary-in-progress, telling the harrowing story of a gene therapy clinical trial in an attempt to cure a rare, fatal, pediatric neurological disorder called Canavan disease.

The epic journey will take place over three parts, following several brave kids, their families and the clinicians sacrificing everything to try to save them.

Production was completed in May of 2024 and the film is now in the early stages of post-production with continuing ongoing fundraising.
